After You Receive Your Order

When a seller ships your item, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can then visit the corresponding carrier's web site for online tracking information.

As soon as you receive the package, inspect it right away before you sign up for it, to make sure the package is in good condition, not damaged or empty.

If you do not receive your order or if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, try communicating with the supplier first. Most times it is simply a misunderstanding that the seller will be happy to correct it.

If you cannot reach an agreement, you can contact our dispute department and make a Refund Request.

Remember, you can always contact us if you need help.
